Congratulations! Your first booking has been made! If you should ever need to modify a booking, Xola makes this a swift and easy process! In just a few clicks you'll be able to do things like change the date and / or time of your customer's experience, modify the number of guests booked, or many other things. Let’s take a look at the different ways we can view a booking and some of the actions we can take to modify it.

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard
  2. Select the date the booking was made for in the top left-hand corner.
  3. Select the timeslot you booked your experience. You will now see a roster appear.
  4. Within this roster view, you can check people in when they arrive, communicate with your customers, and modify bookings.
  5. You can also view all bookings from the Purchases tab.
