Congratulations! Your first booking has been made! If you should ever need to modify a booking, Xola makes this a swift and easy process! In just a few clicks you'll be able to do things like change the date and / or time of your customer's experience, modify the number of guests booked, or many other things. Let’s take a look at the different ways we can view a booking and some of the actions we can take to modify it.
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Select the date the booking was made for in the top left-hand corner.
- Select the timeslot you booked your experience. You will now see a roster appear.
- Within this roster view, you can check people in when they arrive, communicate with your customers, and modify bookings.
- You can also view all bookings from the Purchases tab.
