*Packages is a brand new product line and is currently only available to Beta users. If you're interested in joining the Beta group and testing out Xola Packages, let us know by emailing email@example.com!
The main change to reporting when it comes to packages is that in your exports, you will see a new column labeled Package. If an event or transaction can be attributed to a Package booking, this column will contain the appropriate package name.
In the Transactions Report
When you perform actions like Add Charge or Refund on a Package booking, you will first need to choose which event from the Package that action should be attributed to. For this reason, the Transactions report will function almost identically for both Package and Normal bookings. The only difference is that a new column will be added to the Transaction report named Package.
More information on the Transactions Report in Xola can be found here.
In the Events Report
Similar to the Transactions report, since Package bookings are made up of discrete events, the Events report will behave almost identically for both Package and Normal bookings. The only difference is that a new column will be added to the Bookings tab of the Events report named Package

Note: If you are using Custom Conversion Tracking, only the first transaction in a completed checkout using Packages will be accounted for. Click here to learn more about Custom Conversion Tracking.
