Enabling Self-Service for date changes, cancellations and questionnaire edits is a great way to cut down on phone calls and get required information before trip time! When you select to Permit Cancellations, your customers have the ability to cancel directly from the confirmation reminder email, without ever having to email or call.
- Navigate into the Listing for which you'd like to enable Self-Service for the Questionnaire.
- Tick off Permit Cancellations.
- Going forward, when a customer receives a confirmation and reminder email for this listing, they will see a blue hyperlink reading "Manage this Booking".
- When they click "Manage this Booking", they'll be taken to a Self-Service page where they can Cancel Booking, Change Arrival, and / or make Questionnaire Changes.
