Self-Service: Date Changes

Enabling Self-Service for date changes, cancellations and questionnaire edits is a great way to cut down on phone calls and get required information before trip time! When you select to Permit Date Changes, your customers have the ability to change their arrival date via their confirmation email.

 Self-Service: Date Changes

  1. Navigate into the Listing for which you'd like to enable Self-Service for the Questionnaire.
  2. Tick off Permit date changes, and specify the maximum number of days prior to their trip a customer can make this modification.
  3. Going forward, when a customer receives a confirmation and reminder email for this listing, they will see a blue hyperlink reading "Manage this Booking".
  4. When they click "Manage this Booking", they'll be taken to a Self-Service page where they can Cancel Booking, Change Arrival, and / or make Questionnaire Changes. 
Tip! You can re-send the confirmation email to your customers any time by finding their booking in the purchases tab, and selecting Resend Email.
