Adjust Event Capacity for a Single Timeslot

There are many reasons you may find yourself needing to make adjustments to a event's set capacity. Maybe a customer shows up to a fully booked event with a surprise plus one, so you need to add a seat to the event to book that extra person in. Or maybe one of your guides calls in sick, so you need to make their event timeslot unavailable. Whatever the case, you can make adjustments to the capacity of single events without affecting the rest of your schedule by using the + and - buttons in a timeslot.


List View

  1. Select the row of the event timeslot whose capacity you want to adjust, and you'll be taken to the event roster.
  2. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the seat count up or down.
  3. Changes to capacity are made in real time and saved automatically, so you're all set!

Calendar View 

  1. From the calendar, select the timeslot whose capacity you want to adjust. If you are not taken directly into the timeslot, click the blue wrench.
  2. In the small pop-up window, use the + and - buttons to adjust the seat count up or down. 
  3. Changes to capacity are made in real time and saved automatically, so you're all set!
Pro-Tip: To blackout a particular timeslot, thus preventing it from appearing as available on your website and in the back office, bring the capacity down to zero.

Mobile

  1. From the dashboard, select the row that pertains to the event you would like to adjust. 
  2. Select the Gear icon. You will see a menu of possible actions appear for that event. 
  3. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the seat count up or down.
