Accept / Decline a Booking on Mobile

Mobile Accept / Decline

  1. Navigate to your Xola mobile Dashboard.
  2. Click the bell. A red circle indicates that you have a booking request.
  3. Select Accept or Decline.
    If you Accept, add any special instructions or greeting for the customer. If you Decline, please let your guest know why.
  4. Click the green Accept or Decline button to finish.

If you accept a booking but do not wish to charge the customer's credit card yet, toggle the Do not charge CC button above the green button.
