Mobile Accept / Decline
- Navigate to your Xola mobile Dashboard.
- Click the bell. A red circle indicates that you have a booking request.
- Select Accept or Decline.
If you Accept, add any special instructions or greeting for the customer. If you Decline, please let your guest know why.
- Click the green Accept or Decline button to finish.
If you accept a booking but do not wish to charge the customer's credit card yet, toggle the Do not charge CC button above the green button.
