Automatic SMS Notifications

During checkout Xola collects name, email, and phone number. Xola will always send the confirmation via email. With our SMS Notifications feature you can also send notifications via Text Messaging (SMS).


Xola Automatic SMS

This feature comes with an extra cost through our third-party service. Please email sms@xola.com if you are interested.

Once your account has been enabled for SMS, you can follow the steps below to configure automatic SMS notifications.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
  2. Under Sent to My Customers, check the boxes for confirmations and notifications that you would like to send to your customers via SMS.

You will also have the option to send manual SMS messages to an individual customer, to a day's bookings, or a specific event. Learn more here.


Xola Escape Games Example

Xola Escapes has the following Email and SMS Notification setup:

A customer booking the Epic Escape Listing will receive the following SMS notifications to their phone.

Booking Confirmation, Booking Modification, & Booking Cancellation
