When customers return early from their trips, we make it easy to add their equipment back into the mix so that you can take more bookings.
- Check all customers into their trip by clicking the green checkmark next to their name in the trip roster.
- Note the green curved arrow that appears next to their name in the trip roster.
- If the customer returns early, click the curved green arrow to free up the corresponding Equipment.
Note: Returning Equipment will free up Equipment for the entire party. In Lillie's case, if we mark her as an early return, that will free up a total of 10 scuba gear (for all 10 people in her party).
