Early Equipment Return

When customers return early from their trips, we make it easy to add their equipment back into the mix so that you can take more bookings.

  1. Check all customers into their trip by clicking the green checkmark next to their name in the trip roster.


  1. Note the green curved arrow that appears next to their name in the trip roster.


  1. If the customer returns early, click the curved green arrow to free up the corresponding Equipment.  


Note: Returning Equipment will free up Equipment for the entire party. In Lillie's case, if we mark her as an early return, that will free up a total of 10 scuba gear (for all 10 people in her party).
