Quick Search from Dashboard

In addition to the Purchases tab and inside the roster, you can check customers in for their trips and make modifications directly from the Xola Dashboard tab. * Please note that the dashboard only searches for future trips.

Quick Search from Dashboard

  1. Click the search bar at the top of the Dashboard. Just like in the Purchases tab you can search by customer name, email, phone, ID or tag.
  2. Select the target customer's name from the drop-down. Xola will only show customers whose trips are today or in the future.
  3. Once selected, you can take the following actions:
    • Check in customer: Click the green check mark
    • No show customer: Click the red button
    • View customer's trip roster: Click the blue wrench
    • Modify booking: Click gray gear wheel.
