In addition to the Purchases tab and inside the roster, you can check customers into their trips and make modifications directly from the Xola Dashboard tab.
Quick Search from Dashboard
- Click the search bar at the top of the Dashboard. Just like in the Purchases tab you can search by customer name, email, phone, ID or tag.
- Select the target customer's name from the drop down. Xola will only show customers whose trips are today or in the future.
- Once selected, you can take the following actions:
- Check in customer: Click the green check mark
- No show customer: Click the red button
- View customer's trip roster: Click the blue wrench
- Modify booking: Click gray gear wheel.
