Cancelling Multiple Bookings

There are a number of reasons you may need to cancel several bookings at once: Stormy weather is rolling through, your guide had an emergency hold up, wild fires are spreading ... Whatever the reason, you can cancel multiple bookings and take care of refunds in one go.

Cancel Multiple Bookings

  1. Inside the trip roster, click Actions and select Cancel Bookings.
  2. In the popup window, select all the bookings you would like to cancel. You can select all or just a select few.
  3. Refunds:
    1. Refund Terms: Choose whether to offer a full, partial or no refund.
    2. Refund Value: If you choice "partial" for the refund terms, enter a refund value.
    3. Refund Method: By default, refunds will be issued to the Credit Card on file. If no Credit Card is on file, the default will be to issue Store Credit. You can also choose a different refund method or "refund later" from the drop down menu.
  4. Enter the reason for the activity cancellation for your records.
  5. Optional:
    • Blackout the event's timeslot to prevent future bookings
    • Remove guide assignment 
    • Remove affiliate discount, deposit and commission
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. The customers whose bookings have been cancelled will receive the standard cancellation email and refunds will be issued (if applicable).
