The Settings tab houses many important tabs that deal with your account, your listings, your social media information, your Xola account users, and your Book Now buttons.
Subscription: View your Xola subscription and all the features that are turned on for your account.
Basic Info: Your company logo and contact details that will appear in the Confirmation Email.
Preferences: Auto Check-In for customers; Require Email at checkout; Auto Accept for bookings.
Printers: Configure Xola to print receipts.
Notifications: Set your preferences on the emails that you receive, that your staff receive, that your customers receive.
Grant Access: Add Xola users and set their level of access in the system.
Social: Link your Facebook, Twitter, Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Google+ profiles to your Xola account to appear in the Confirmation Email and in your trip Review Email.
Taxes & Fees: Create taxes and fees that apply to all or a select few of your listings.
Distribution: Toggle this on (and reach out to your Customer Success Manager) to complete integration with Viator. More distribution networks to come!
Payment Details: Stripe customers will need to add their payment details here in order to receive payouts. Also set Custom Payment Methods to track all payments from your customers, whether they pay in Bitcoin or in farthings.
Button Code: Access your html button code to get those Book Now buttons up on your company website! Create your own buttons if we haven't auto-generated the ones you have in mind.
Language: Designate the language of your checkout.
