Currently, you can make the following modifications to a booking on Xola’s mobile app:
- Switch Experience
- Edit Add-ons
- Change Guest Count
- Change Arrival Date
- Add Charge
Modify a Booking on Mobile
- Click into customer purchase.
- Click the blue gear button below the customer name.
- Click Switch; Add-ons; Guests; Arrival; or Charge to make the modification.
- Select Continue.
- If there is a balance to collect or refund, fill out the payment method details and click Pay or Refund.
- Modification complete!
