Modify a Booking on Mobile

Currently, you can make the following modifications to a booking on Xola’s mobile app:

  • Switch Experience
  • Edit Add-ons
  • Change Guest Count
  • Change Arrival Date
  • Add Charge

Modify a Booking on Mobile

  1. Click into customer purchase.
  2. Click the blue gear button below the customer name.
  3. Click Switch; Add-ons; Guests; Arrival; or Charge to make the modification.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. If there is a balance to collect or refund, fill out the payment method details and click Pay or Refund.
  6. Modification complete!
