List View and Calendar View

This article discusses the differences between the List View & Calendar View on your Xola dashboard.


List View

Upon logging into Xola, your Dashboard will always default to the List View, Reserved bookings mode for the current day. To look at another day, simply click the date button on the top left of the Dashboard and choose the desired date in the calendar that appears. Use the Listings filter to view timeslots for all listings, for one listing, or just a select few. 

Reserved, Available, and All modes

  • Click Reserved to view only timeslots with active bookings.
  • Click Available to view only timeslots with available spots.
  • Click All to view all the timeslots for that day, regardless of booking status. 

Book a Customer

  • Option 1: Hover over the line of the desired timeslot and click the green Book button that appears.
  • Option 2: Click the green Book button on the top right of the Dashboard, and then select the desired listing followed by date and time.

Calendar View

Calendar view: The Calendar View displays a month-long overview of upcoming timeslots and bookings. To toggle into your Calendar View from the List view, click the Cal button at the top of the Dashboard. Use the Listings filter to view timeslots for all listings, for one listing, or just a select few. 

Reserved, Available, and All modes

  • Click Reserved to view only timeslots with active bookings.
  • Click Available to view only timeslots with available spots.
  • Click All to view all the timeslots for that day, regardless of booking status. 

Book a Customer

  • Option 1: Click the desired timeslot on the calendar, and then click Make a Booking in the window that pops up. 
  • Option 2: Click the green Book button on the top right of the Dashboard, and then select the desired listing followed by date and time.

To view information about a timeslot, click that timeslot on the calendar then click the blue wrench button.
