Add a Note

To add an internal note to a customer purchase that can be exported in a Trip Report, please see the instructions below. For notes that appear in the trip roster, please click here for Roster Notes.

Add a Note to a Purchase

  1. In the Purchases tab, navigate into the customer purchase.
  2. Below the Booking Details and Payment Summary, click into the Add a tag or a note field.
  3. Type in your note here, whatever it may be. When you are finished, hit Enter on your keyboard.
  4. When you go back into this Purchase, you’ll see the note (in gray) in the same field. 
  5. When you export your Trip Report, you’ll see the notes exported in the Tags column along with any additional tags.
