Add a Note to a Purchase
- In the Purchases tab, navigate into the customer purchase.
- Below the Booking Details and Payment Summary, click into the Add a tag or a note field.
- Type in your note here, whatever it may be. When you are finished, hit Enter on your keyboard.
- When you go back into this Purchase, you’ll see the note (in gray) in the same field.
- When you export your Trip Report, you’ll see the notes exported in the Tags column along with any additional tags.
