Modify Customer Questionnaire Responses

If a customer has purchased an experience that has a Global or Listing-Specific Questionnaire tied to it, you can always edit their responses in the Purchases tab.

  1. In the Purchases tab, navigate to the purchase of the customer whose questionnaire you would like to edit.
  2. Under the Booking Details column, click the blue hyperlink See questionnaire.
  3. In the Questionnaire Answers window that appears, names of customers who've completed the questionnaires will be on the left and the responses to the right.
  4. Select the customer and click next to the question you would like to edit. Type directly in the text boxes that appear.
  5. To save, simply click the X to the top right of the window.
