If a customer has purchased an experience that has a Global or Listing-Specific Questionnaire tied to it, you can always edit their responses in the Purchases tab.
- In the Purchases tab, navigate to the purchase of the customer whose questionnaire you would like to edit.
- Under the Booking Details column, click the blue hyperlink See questionnaire.
- In the Questionnaire Answers window that appears, names of customers who've completed the questionnaires will be on the left and the responses to the right.
- Select the customer and click next to the question you would like to edit. Type directly in the text boxes that appear.
- To save, simply click the X to the top right of the window.
