Introduction to Xola Tabs

QUICK & DIRTY
  1. Dashboard:
    Easily view your upcoming trips, any bookings that have pending actions, and your calendar.
  2. Inbox: 
    An optional feature that allows you to easily communicate with your guests.
  3. Purchases: 
    All bookings are stored here (meaning both bookings done through or website or manually in the back office). You click into this tab to create, modify, or cancel a booking, as well as view your gift certificates. 
  4. Customers:
    Stores your entire database of customers. This is also where you will manage your coupons and discounts.
  5. Listings:
    Set up and manage your offerings including pricing, schedules, capacity, and other information related to your offerings.
  6. Inventory: 
    Manage your fixed resources that are utilized across multiple offerings. This is a more complex feature that isn't configured in all accounts. 
  7. Reports:
    Access and export your financial reports, including daily reports, affiliate accounts payable/receivable, and more.
  8. Settings:
    Edit your basic account information, set your preferences, grant users access to your Xola account, and much more.
