Here's a list of every possible instance in which one of your customers can receive an email. Other than the Confirmation Email, all of these may be turned off by visiting your Settings.
- Confirmation Email
- Review Email
If for any reason your customer's trip gets cancelled, they will receive the following:
- Subject Line: Booking Canceled: [Tour Title] on [Tour Date]
- Trip Reminder
This email is sent out on the day before the event is scheduled to start.
- Subject Line: Reminder - [Tour Title] on [Tour Date]
- Booking Modification
When making Booking Modifications, you'll be given the option to send your customer a notification.
- Subject Line: Your booking has been updated
