Rebook a Customer

Have a loyal customer base that comes back every season? Whatever the reason for return business, Xola makes booking past customers easy by saving their information for you. So when they come back for more (and you know they will), you can rebook them with lightning speed.

QUICK & DIRTY
  1. Locate Your Returning Customer
    You can locate a returning customer either by searching their name or email on the "Customers or Bookings tab 
    • Bookings Tab: Once you locate a past booking under your customers name, you will find a button on their booking page labeled "Rebook Customer. It's located at the bottom of their booking details. 
    • "Customers Tab: Next to your customers name you will find a gray button labeled "Book. 
  2. Create New Booking
    After you select an experience, both your customer's contact and payment information will automatically populate on the Make a Booking Page
    "Tip: Want to see how many times a customer has booked with you? Expand their name on the Customers tab to view their profile. Here you will see a record of all past trips booked by them, as well as their lifetime value to your business.
