Customer emails are stored within individual bookings. To view your customer email history:
- Click on the ‘Bookings’ tab on your dashboard.
- In the search box, enter the name or email of the customer whose email history you’d like to view.
- Select the booking that contains the email correspondence you are looking for.
- Click 'Message' beneath the experience banner
If you search using a customer’s email address, you will not see all email correspondence if a customer has used more than one email address to book activities with you.
