View customer email history

Customer emails are stored within individual bookings.  To view  your customer email history:

  1. Click on the ‘Bookings’ tab on your dashboard.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or email of the customer whose email history you’d like to view.
  3. Select the booking that contains the email correspondence you are looking for.
  4. Click 'Message' beneath the experience banner

If you search using a customer’s email address, you will not see all email correspondence if a customer has used more than one email address to book activities with you.
