During checkout Xola collects name, email, and phone number. Xola will always send the confirmation via email, and we are now happy to offer SMS confirmations and notifications.
This feature is currently in beta, and we are testing it with a limited number of customers. If you are interested in being a part of our beta group, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you are enabled for SMS, you'll follow the steps below to configure it to your account.
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
- Under Sent to My Customers, tick the boxes for confirmations and notifications that you would like to send to your customers via SMS. You can customize the same for email notifications.
PopSpots has the following Email and SMS Notification setup:
Katie Caldwell, a customer booking the Sex & The City tour with Popspots, will receive the following SMS notifications to her phone.
