Repeat Guest Information

Got a repeat customer booking? Xola saves their contact and credit card information, allowing you to apply saved information when they come back for more.


  1. In back office checkout, click the Book button to start a booking.
  2. Click the magnifiying glass next to the Name field.
  3. Type in the name of the repeat customer. You can search by name, email, or phone.
  4. Select the customer name - You'll immediately see and name, email, phone pulled into the corresponding fields. 
  5. When you scroll down, you'll see their credit card details under the Review Booking section (provided they paid in the past with a card).
  6. Click Pay to accept payment!
