Got a repeat customer booking? Xola saves their contact and credit card information, allowing you to apply saved information when they come back for more.
- In back office checkout, click the Book button to start a booking.
- Click the magnifiying glass next to the Name field.
- Type in the name of the repeat customer. You can search by name, email, or phone.
- Select the customer name - You'll immediately see and name, email, phone pulled into the corresponding fields.
- When you scroll down, you'll see their credit card details under the Review Booking section (provided they paid in the past with a card).
- Click Pay to accept payment!
