Things come up, and it's important for you to be able to message your customers and guides easily and efficiently. In a few clicks, you can message an entire individual trip roster in one go, or send a message to all customers on multiple rosters across one day.

Message an Individual Trip

In this case, you would like to send a message to every customer on a specific trip, i.e., Fly Over BG's walking tour at 10am on December 1st.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard and click into the target trip.
  2. Click the Send Message button at the top of the roster.

  1. In the 'Send Group Email' window, enter in your subject and message.
  2. If you want your guides to be included on this email, toggle on Email Guides.
  3. When your message is ready, click Send.
    Note: The message will not be sent to any travelers who do not have an email address in their customer record.

 Message Multiple Trips on the Same Day

In this case, you want to message all customers on all tours on a specific day, i.e., all tours going out Monday, December 1st. 

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard and select 'Message Day's Trips'
  2. Select the experiences that should receive this message. You can filter these down or tick them off, and then click Apply.
  3. In the 'Send Group Email' window, enter in your subject and message.
  4. If you want your guides to be included on this email, toggle on Email Guides.
  5. If you only want to send this message to trips that have not yet departed, toggle on Only Future Events.
  6. When your message is ready, click Send.
